Lots of people have no confidence in themselves. The older I get the more I realise that perspective is key to life. Some people actually perserve everything as negative or “why me” others believe everything is addressed to them. Funny because all of this proves that people love being the victim of projection. You can talk about a general statement and people will start acting like it has to do with them or it’s about them.If i see something and it does not apply to me then i know it doesn’t and i am not even worried i let it slide. DO you know how exhausting it is not having confidence?
Walking around being insecure will actually cause you to be on defence mode every time you talk to people and honestly people would not want to be around you if that’s the case. Do you know how annoying it is walking on eggshells around people, it just makes you want to give up on the connection/ relationship altogether.
I grew up with confident parents that taught me that the sky’s the limit. You can do whatever you put your mind to. You also have to walk with your head held high at all times. No one can tell you what you are, you have to know it for yourself. And I thank God they made me strong. They made me realise that not everyone grew up like I did nor had the benefits of growing up with parents like mine.
Being insecure will only cost you more in the long run. It’s like imagining you don’t like your body. So you get a bbl. Well you just spent 10k-30k just getting your body done. Not only that but you need to keep up with the new body which is costly. Every insecurity is costly and it sucks because we never really tell people know the truth behind those surgeries they do due to their insecurities.
